By creating an account or using Biz Lotto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Biz Lotto is a record-keeping tool for lottery retailers. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission. It does not sell lottery tickets or process payments.

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• A store owner is responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
• Give accurate information and tell us about any unauthorized use.

• Use the app only for lawful business record-keeping.
• Do not try to access another store’s data or get around access controls.
• Do not disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

You own the records you enter. We use them only to provide the service and for internal study, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The app calculates totals from what you scan and enter. Always check figures against your lottery terminal and official Lottery reports before relying on them. Official Lottery records take priority over anything shown in the app.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, including when offline.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, cash shortages or data loss arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
