Privacy Policy

Biz Lotto is an independent tool that helps lottery retailers track ticket inventory, End of Day counts and daily paperwork. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission.

• Account details: your name, email address and role in a store.
• Store records you enter: stores, games, books, deliveries, scans, End of Day counts, terminal figures, cash and bank-deposit amounts.
• Photos you upload, such as packing slips and return receipts.
• Sign-in activity: time, outcome, browser, device type, IP address and approximate location of each login.
• Technical logs, such as error reports, used to keep the app working.

We never see or store your password in plain text.

We collect this data only for internal study — to operate the service for your store, keep accounts secure, fix problems, and understand how the app is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising.

• People in your store see only what their role allows. An owner’s figures are hidden from managers and employees.
• One store’s records are never visible to another store.
• Our small platform team can access data only to run and support the service.
• We may disclose data if required by law.

Data is sent over encrypted connections and kept in a private database with access rules on every table. Uploaded photos are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We keep your data while your account or store is active, and as long as needed for the purposes above. Some records, such as packing-slip photos, are deleted automatically after a set period.

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data. A store owner can download a store’s records and remove team members at any time.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms & Conditions.
